Enchanting white dry wine straw, yellow with a delicate fruit bouquet, which especially enchants with the smell of ripe pears. The harmonious character of this wine boasts fresh acids and a full body. A particularly beautiful character that matures last in an acacia barrel. The persistent fruit bouquet promises almonds, and the harmony of taste rounds off the distinctive, even smoked dishes, with homemade bacon and cod.

This big wine seduces us with its ruby red colour with pomegranate shades. Its aroma, suggestive of flowers and fruits, is rich, bold and distinct. Regardless of the vintage, the wine is still very expressive. When we taste the wine, the aromas reminiscent of jam, candied fruits, bitter almonds and dates, spices, wood and fine tobacco do not disappoint. Its velvety tannins do not stand out in any way. It is a wine with a high level of extract, mineral flavour and a lingering aftertaste. Moreover, this dry and warm wine with perceptible and pleasant acid feeling offers a delightful experience, especially to wine connoisseurs.

Although this Merlot is nearing its tenth anniversary, it still boasts with a full body, easy drinkability and the richness of its bold character. We can simply enjoy its wonderful cherry red colour with ruby reflections. If we give the wine some time and open it an hour before serving, we will be richly rewarded – its bouquet is remarkably complex, noble and charming, reminiscent of dry flowers, dry fruits, roasted jam, wood, vanilla and even coffee. The wine leaves an unforgettable and lingering aftertaste. It pairs well with meat and filling dishes. Due to its richness, the wine is characterized as the so-called meditative wine.
